We come to you! A unique added value of our company is that we will meet with you free of charge, at your place of business to discuss your marketing and branding strategies and the initial designing concepts for your print project. You won't have to schedule time away from your business.
We'll be able to show you some samples to help you decide on paper types, finishes, design layouts etc.
If after our initial consultation you continue with the designing process, our design & layout fee(s) will apply.
If meeting at your location isn't viable or desirable (such as a home-based business), we can meet at another location that's convenient for you like a coffee shop or library.
We charge a flat rate fee specific to each product, not a billed hourly rate. For example, our design & layout fee for a one sided business card is $25 as apposed to billing you at an hourly rate of typically $60 per hour. This eliminates cost overruns and makes budgeting your project easier and more affordable. There are no hidden fees or extra charges for revisions.

Our fee includes:
~ Creating a print-ready digital file of your design.
~ Electronic proof for approval.
~ Storage of your completed print file and all related media for future orders.
The design & layout fee is a one-time charge on your initial order. The completed print file can then be reused on future orders.
Revisions to completed designs will incur minor fees, depending on the service needed.
Turnaround times on designing services may vary with the product and circumstances. With standard one or two sided products like business cards or postcards, our goal is to have your initial proof to you within 48 hours of submittal. More complex multiple panel or page products like brochures may take longer.
